Auto Burglary: On Nov. 7, an unknown suspect smashed the window to a vehicle and stole items in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue.

Theft, Credit Card Fraud: On Nov. 7, a victim had her purse stolen on Saratoga Road. An unknown suspect used the victim’s credit cards in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard and the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue.

Auto Burglary: On Nov. 7, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole cash in the 800 block of Gale Drive.

Assault: On Nov. 7, during an argument, a 44-year-old hit and pushed the victim in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue.

Domestic Violence Order Violation: On Nov. 7, a 33-year-old showed up at the victim’s work in violation of a no-contact domestic violence order in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue.

Check Fraud, Probation Violation: On Nov. 7, a 25-year-old was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be in possession of a stolen check taken from an auto burglary in Milpitas near Phoenix and Bismarck Avenue. The suspect was also in violation of probation.

Threats to Harm: On Nov. 7, a 36-year-old threatened staff with keying their vehicles and lighting them on fire in the 3700 block of South Bascom Avenue. The suspect had also been causing disturbances throughout the night  and day.

 

Public Intoxication, Public Nuisance: On Nov. 7, a 55-year-old and a 49-year-old were reported yelling at customers in front of a business in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard. Both were contacted and found to be drunk in public. They were also on felony probation.

 

Arson: On Nov. 7, a 36-year-old was seen starting a fire near Highway 17 and West Hamilton Avenue. The suspect was located nearby and later admitted to starting the fire because he was angry about his housing.

Public Intoxication: On Nov. 8, a 49-year-old man passed out on the sidewalk and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself near Sam Cava Lane and Phoenix Drive.

 

Driving Under the Influence: On Nov. 8, a 31-year-old was stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be DUI on marijuana near Campbell Avenue and Winchester Boulevard.

 

Assault: On Nov. 8, a 25-year-old suspect got into an argument with a 21-year-old victim. During the argument, the victim was reaching into the suspect’s vehicle and he backed up, causing her to fall and sustain a minor scratch on the chin in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue. The suspect then fled.

 

Driving Under the Influence: On Nov. 8, a 34-year-old woman was reported as being passed out in her vehicle. Officers responded and found that she had also been involved in a slow speed collision, possibly from parking and passing out near Stonehurst Way and Dallas Drive. The woman was found to be DUI.

Auto Burglary: On Nov. 8, an unknown suspect broke the driver’s side window and rifled through a vehicle in the 800 block of East Hamilton Avenue.

 

Fraud: On Nov. 8, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s wallet from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Union Avenue, and later used its contents to make numerous fraudulent charges at various locations.

Public Intoxication: On Nov. 8, a 62-year-old woman was reported as causing a disturbance. The suspect fled prior to police arrival, but returned approximately two hours later. Then, the suspect was contacted and found to be too intoxicated to care for herself in the 1100 block of Longfellow Avenue.

Assault: On Nov. 9, a victim was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Security staff escorted him outside and a 30-year-old suspect punched the victim, knocking him unconscious in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant.

Assault: On Nov. 9, a number of suspects were involved in a mutual fight with more than one victim in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive. The victims were contacted leaving the scene, and they desired prosecution.

Mail Theft: On Nov. 10, a victim reported that he believes his landlord has been stealing his mail for the last six years and misappropriating important documents sent to him in the 100 block of Audrey Avenue.

Under the Influence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: On Nov. 10, a 50-year-old man was reported as walking in traffic. He was found in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and pepper spray and was under the influence of methamphetamine near Hamilton Avenue and Marathon Drive.

Under the Influence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:  On Nov. 10, a 34-year-old woman was driving a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation near Winchester Avenue and Hacienda. The suspect possessed methamphetamine and a pipe and had warrants for her arrest. A second suspect, who was the passenger, also had methamphetamine and a pipe.
