Missing Hanover teen found safe

MECHANICSVILLE, VA (WWBT) - The Hanover County Sheriff's Office said Shirby Combs, who went missing July 19, has been located safe.
Combs, 15, was reported missing last seen Thursday morning after leaving her home in Mechanicsville. She was found safe Friday in Mechanicsville, the sheriff;s office announced.
Combs also was reported missing in February and was found shortly thereafter.
