A Jefferson City man has been charged with two felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
Danial Lowe, 28, is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lowe reportedly possessed 13 grams of crack cocaine and 31 grams of marijuana with intent to distribute when he was arrested Friday in the 800 block of Monroe Street, according to a Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement.
The drugs were found in a vehicle after a search by a K-9 unit. Authorities allege Lowe is a known drug seller.
Lowe had a warrant for his arrest at the time this incident occurred and was on probation for unlawful use of a weapon, according to court records.
