FITCHBURG — The Department of Public Works advises residents of the following work that will be done, weather permitting, during the week of Dec. 9.
Be advised that today and Tuesday we are predicted to receive significant rainfall which, combined with snow melt from the warmer weekend temperatures, may cause localized flooding. Residents are encouraged to shovel out catch basins near their homes to help alleviate the anticipated flooding.
Call the DPW dispatcher at 978-829-1900 with any request you have or anything that needs attention.
