FITCHBURG — Only 11 days after being arrested on drug charges when police executed a search warrant on a camper parked on Snow Street and found illegal narcotics, the same two suspects are facing identical charges, again, after police searched the same camper, again, on Monday and discovered crack cocaine, again, according to police and court documents.

On Friday, June 14, the State Police Gang Unit, the State Police Community Action Team and the Police Department’s drug unit executed a search warrant at the camper parked at 61 Snow St. and encountered Nicole McMullen, 33, of Snow Street and Issac Vazquez, 35, of Ayer and placed them under arrest when crack cocaine, heroin and items associated with drug dealing were found.

On Monday, officers raided the camper once again with a warrant and this time discovered more crack cocaine in a plastic bag, 24 Gabapentin pills, two Clonazepam pills, and a plastic tub containing what officers described as “cut.”

McMullen, said police, was inside the camper when they arrived and Vazquez was outside.

They were arrested, again, and taken into custody.

When arraigned in District Court on Monday, June 17, on identical charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class A and Class B controlled substance, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, both posted bail, $300 for McMullen and $500 for Vazquez, and released.

On Tuesday, Vazquez and McMullen were arraigned on the same charges, again.

This time, Vazquez, who pleaded not guilty, was ordered held in lieu of posting a $1,000 cash or $10,000 surety bond and McMullen had her bail on the previous charges revoked and she was ordered held for 90 days.

Both will return to court for a pre-trial hearing on Aug. 8.
