NORMAN — Playing in its final home match of 2018, the Oklahoma volleyball team fell to Iowa State 3-0 inside McCasland Field House on Wednesday night.

The Sooners (15-11, 7-7 Big 12) suffered their fourth straight-set loss of the season 25-22, 25-20, 25-22.

Iowa State (14-13, 7-7 Big 12) out-killed Oklahoma 51-41 on a .325 hitting percentage while holding OU at .191. The Cyclones also led in digs, 67-54, and blocks, 8.0-3.0.

Alyssa Enneking led the Sooners with 15 kills and added 12 digs for her 17th double-double of the season. Morgan Miller had 10 kills with no errors for a .345 attack percentage.

Keyton Kinley totaled a match-high 19 digs to reach the 500-dig mark for the season (502 total). Kylee McLaughlin led OU with 33 assists.

In the first set, OU used a 4-0 run to establish a 19-14 lead. However, the Cyclones responded by scoring nine straight to jump ahead before eventually closing out the first set, 25-22.

The second frame went back and forth, sitting at a 16-16 tie halfway through, but another long run from ISU gave the Cyclones a 22-16 advantage. Although the two teams traded points for the remainder of the set, the Sooners could not overcome the deficit and dropped a 25-20 frame.

The final period also saw a close start, and OU built a narrow 22-21 lead with a three-point run that forced a Cyclone timeout. Iowa State scored four straight out of the break to seal the sweep.

Up next, the Sooners kick off their final road swing of the regular season on Saturday, traveling to Morgantown, W. Va., to take on West Virginia. The match, scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. CT, will be streamed via WVUSports.com.
