Stadium Entry/Clear Bag Policy
Consistent with all University of Oklahoma Athletics events, a clear bag policy is in effect for the 2020 baseball season at L. Dale Mitchell Park. The approved clear plastic bag size is a maximum of 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Stadium policy will allow non-transparent clutch purses that are no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. In addition, metal detectors will be located at each stadium entrance gate. As a result of the new enhanced security policies, fans will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the stadium. This is consistent across all OU Athletics venues. Lawn chairs and metal frame seats with chairbacks are allowed in L. Dale Mitchell Park, and are required to go through appropriate security screening at the main gate west entrance. Per Big 12 conference policy, umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium, but ponchos and other rain gear are permitted.
Ticket Information/Gates Open
The L. Dale Mitchell Park Ticket Office will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. The ticket office and will call windows are located behind home plate, along W. Imhoff Rd.
In the case of a rainout or canceled game, fans who purchased a ticket for that contest may exchange it for any remaining home game on the schedule. A general admission ticket can be exchanged for a future general admission ticket. A reserved ticket can be exchanged for a reserved seat at a future game, though the same seat cannot be guaranteed.

Promotions

Parking
All parking for baseball games is located in the Lloyd Noble Center parking lot, across W. Imhoff Rd. from L. Dale Mitchell Park.
Concessions and Restrooms
Concession stands and restrooms are located down the first and third base lines on the upper concourse of the stadium.
Medical Needs/First Aid
Guests in need of first aid or medical attention should contact event staff located throughout the stadium. Paramedics will be on site for each game.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is located on the upper and mid-level concourses. Ramps to the mid-level concourse are located on the first- and third-base sides of the stadium. An elevator to the upper concourse is located behind home plate.
Guest Assistance
Guests in need of assistance while in the stadium should contact event staff located throughout the venue.
Field Regulations
No person is permitted on the playing field before, during or after the game without proper credentials as issued by Oklahoma Athletics or unless accompanied by athletics personnel. Press box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.
