First Flight lands at Port Blair Airport after two long months

Port Blair, May 25 (UNI) After a gap of nearly two months, first flight from mainland India today reached Port Blair, marking resumption of fight service between Port Blair and Mainland India.
Today at around 11.00 AM, IndiGo Flight from Chennai reached Veer Savarkar International Airport of Port Blair with 85 passengers and on its return journey, it took 97 passengers from Port Blair to Chennai.
“A total of 85 passengers reached Port Blair today, nobody had any symptoms all are asked to self-monitor their health,” a senior officer of Andaman’s Health Department told UNI today.
