Agartala, Aug 2 (UNI) The ONGC Tripura Asset supported first training centre for making eco-friendly bags and packaging materials was inaugurated here today with 25 women trainees from different parts of Agartala.
The leading environment advocacy group – ARPAN Society has been entrusted with the implementation of the project to train the prospective women entrepreneurs who in future would be able to cater to the need of alternative packaging materials and bags in the market.
Chief General Manager, ONGC Tripura Asset, Dr U K Pandey inaugurated the training centre along with other dignitaries.
