Republic Day: Band show, weapon display organised in Darjeeling, Gangtok

New Delhi, Jan 26 (UNI) In order to showcase the might of the Indian Army, a band display, coupled with a weapon display, was on Saturday organised on the occasion of the 70th Republic Day at Chowrasta in Darjeeling.
The festivities were organised under the aegis of Trishakti Corps and were attended by civilians, as well as Uniformed personnel, a Defence official said.
In Gangtok too, the Army carried out similar activities.
