Women’s Cooperative Mart on the occasion of National National Cooperative Week

Gangtok,Nov 14 (UNI ) Minister for Cooperation & Rural Management & Devlopment, Sher Bahadur Subedi,inaugurated the Women’s Cooperative Mart,here today,on the occasion of National Cooperative Week.
The Mart opened by Women’s Cooperative Society is located at the easily accessible spot The minister said,"Though Sikkimese have recently started joining business, the Cooperative movement has been existent in the remote areas."
He congratulated the members of Cooperative Society and officers present for making the movement a success. He assured placing the demand for sewing machines for Women’s Cooperative Society , to government for consideration.Machines would probably be given after Supplementary Budget session in December 18 or January 19.
