MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Police are releasing new details in a weekend shooting that left seven people injured in South Memphis.

Officers responded to the shooting near Person and Victor Saturday afternoon. When they arrived at the scene, police found three men who were shot.

According to a police report, one man was inside of a white Nissan Rogue with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics took him to the hospital in critical condition.

A second man was shot in the left arm and a third was shot in the right thigh. Both went to the hospital in non-critical condition.

According to the report, two other victims arrived at local hospitals in private vehicles with non-critical injuries.

Police say a 16-year-old was grazed by a bullet and physically beaten and another victim was beaten in the head with a 2-by-4.

Investigators say the violence started when two women went the home and confronted one of the victims. The confrontation turned into a fight and shots were fired.

One victim says her sister, Olivia Johnson, was arrested after defending her.

Police say Johnson is responsible for shooting four of the victims. She was charged with four counts of aggravated assault and appeared in court Monday where she was given a $100,000 bond.

So far, no other arrests have been made.
