Talk about teamwork. Northeastern University’s women’s basketball players had an off -court challenge to handle before their championship game. A powerful nor’easter pounded the Northeast Wednesday, dropping some heavy snow that stranded the team’s bus. >> Download the free WMUR appThe Huskies had just wrapped up practice at Saint Joseph's University around 1 p.m. when the bus got stuck. so the players decided to disembark and start pushing. Video posted on the team’s Twitter page shows the Huskies in their gear pushing the rear of the bus as it slowly moves forward before eventually getting out of the rut it was in. The teammates cheered and celebrated their victory before making their way back on the bus to head to their hotel in downtown Philadelphia. The Huskies take on Delaware in the quarterfinals of the CAA championship tournament Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
