Columbus Police respond to shooting in front of Liberty Theater

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- Columbus Police and emergency crews are currently on the scene of a shooting in the Liberty District.
Police first responded to the Liberty Theater on 8th Avenue at around 6:00 PM on Monday.
Authorities say one man was shot in the ankle. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of the non-life threatening injury.
