Tom Gresham, host of Gun Talk Radio, heard Sundays from 1 til 4, talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the two mass shootings this weekend, in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.

Gresham tells KEEL listeners that the almost immediate politicization of the tragedies by Democrat politicians - particularly the parties' Presidential candidates, is nothing new. "It's so tired, that old argument of 'Trump's responsible,'" he says, "We're learning today that the Dayton shooter had a kill list, a rape list. He'd been tossed out of school. Everybody knew he was one sick puppy, but no one did anything about it. The guy in El Paso, everybody knew about his views. See something, say something actually works."

The host of the highly popular Gun Talk also clarifies the the real number of mass shootings in America. Responding to claims that there have been more than 250 mass shootings in the USA this year, Gresham says, "The list...was created by a gun control group. The FBI has its own list, and they say the number is between 12 and 20 a year. The list you're looking at is created by (groups) who want to push gun control. It's false, it's a lie, it's designed to move the needle for gun control and what's embarrassing is that so much of the media is complicit...and they keep repeating it, even though they know it's false."
