Older workers looking for employment across Central Ohio are starting to discover more options. Next week, Employment For Seniors, Inc. is hosting a staffing event for Home Helpers.

The special hiring event is set for Tuesday, October 29 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The hiring event will be held at the EFS office located at 4300 East Broad Street. Home Helpers is a locally owned provider of in-home companion and care services.

The recruiting team will be interviewing candidates who are ready to become Exceptional Caregivers. To hear more on Home Helpers and their recruiting needs, listen to the EFS podcast here. Any experienced, mature job seeker interested in registering for this free hiring event, should contact the EFS office at 614-863-1219.

“On-site hiring events are critical opportunities for mature job seekers. The event provides an immediate interview with the recruiting team where candidates can focus on their talent, skills and experience,” said Carol Ventresca, Executive Director of Employment For Seniors.

Employment For Seniors serves Central Ohio job seekers, 50 years of age and older, free of charge. Details on this hiring event, as well as EFS programs and services, are available at www.employseniors.org; or mature job seekers may call 614 863-1219.
