At this price, potential buyers will find a wide selection of condos, primarily in Midtown and downtown, with some others scattered east and west of the city center.

Those searching for single-family homes with this budget will find an abundance west and southwest of downtown Atlanta. And the farther you head southwest, the larger the homes.

Monthly HOA fees of $461 cover such amenities as a 24/7 concierge, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and covered deeded parking. The current asking price for the ATL Realty listing is $330,000.

Keller Williams Realty

On Chappell Road in Mozley Park, straight west of downtown, this 1950 abode underwent a full renovation, resulting in an open floorplan in addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 2,106-square-foot home also includes a large concrete patio overlooking the spacious backyard as well as a one-car garage. Originally listed in December for $340,000, the Keller Williams Realty listing has received two price cuts, bringing down the current ask to $329,000.

Found on Princess Avenue in Oakland City, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage covers 1,742 square feet that now boasts an open floorplan. The property was first listed in November at $348,000 but has since received three price cuts. The Keller Williams Atlanta Intown listing now seeks $329,000.

One of 24 units at 764 Memorial, across from Atlanta Dairies in Reynoldstown, this 839-square-foot condo contains one bedroom and one bathroom on the top floor. That space is further extended slightly with the small private balcony. For monthly HOA fees of $252, building amenities include an assigned parking space, a fitness center, and indoor and outdoor common areas. Listed with Engel & Volkers, the current asking price is $324,900.
