Karnataka reports 135 cases on Wednesday

City on Wednesday registered six new cases of Covid-19, taking the total count to 282. The number of fresh cases registered across the state stands at 135 with most of the cases (115) having a travel history from Maharastra .
So far, almost half of the 2,418 cases of Covid-19 reported in the state have a travel history from Maharastra. That includes people quarantined in districts including Dakshina Kannada,Yadgiri , Bidar, Raichur, Kalaburgi, Tumakuru, Hasan, Udupi, Chikkmagalur, Vijayapura , Mandya, Uttara Kannada among others
Of the six new cases, five have a travel history toTamil Nadu , Madhya Pradesh, UAE and Nepal. Another 57-year-old patient is a 35-year-old woman who is identified as patient number 1,396.
