Who are 3 players on the Chicago Bears roster that are not being talked about enough?

Fans always tend to over or underrate players. It is what fans do. However, to identify over and underrated players means to create an advantage that makes you smarter than the average fan. Every team has players who fly under the radar because they do not carry your fantasy team or are not in a commercial for Nike.

However, some of the best players in the NFL are that valuable because they do the dirty work. When it comes to the Chicago Bears, who are three players who do not get the recognition they deserve.

3. Bilal Nichols

When casual fans list the starters on the Bears defense, they probably get to 11 players before even thinking about Nichols, if they think of Nichols at all. Heck, we are talking about a mid-round pick from Delaware.

As a rookie, he played just under 400 total snaps on defense. He can get lost in the mix. Offensive lines let him get lost as well and Nichols recorded three sacks, two forced fumbles, five tackles for loss and seven quarterback hits. Not bad for a limited-time player.

Nichols is a high-end athlete and grew into a role in his first year. He should only ascend as he gets used to the NFL. Akiem Hicks and Khalil Mack take so much attention it is hard to account for the underrated defensive end entering year two.
