With a new format to try out, the Billings Depot will present "Revel at the Taste of Billings" on Saturday night, an event designed to immerse all five senses in art, music, flavor, and entertainment throughout the evening.
Creative individuals and local businesses have come together to create 10 "coves," each presented by a sponsor and featuring a butler, chef, and artist.
In its fifth year, the fundraiser is intended to showcase "everything that Billings has to offer, blending food, wine, art, culture, business, entertainment, and entrepreneurs of the community," according to a press release.
“Chefs are getting pulled out of their box," said Michelle Williams, executive director of the Billings Depot. "The coves allow the food to become a work of art – the chefs have eight to 14 guests in a given cove. They can really focus on the courses and the art behind the flavor.”
