A teen who was rescued from a 10-15 foot fall off the Rims and landed on a ledge at Swords Park, said on Friday that he's okay.Â
Bridger Wilson, 19, said that he felt fine after the fall, albeit bruised and battered. Wilson was taken to the Billings Clinic, complaining of pain in both his elbow and his left hip, he said. He was in the hospital for about 6 hours, and was released late Thursday evening.Â
"I have a pretty big bruise. They said nothing was broken, but there might be a hairline fracture," he said. "I'm feeling alright, just in a lot of pain."
Wilson was injured on Thursday, after falling from off the Rims. The Billings Fire Department responded to the incident. They rappelled down to him, bringing him up quickly. Wilson was rescued around 7:30 p.m., Thursday and was taken to a hospital with minor injures to his hip.

According to his friend, Ryan McDonald, 20, Wilson was at the edge of the Rims when he slipped and fell. McDonald said Wilson was talking to him and seemed fine, but McDonald called 911 when it was apparent that Wilson was stuck.Â
They had been taking photos outside at the top of Swords Park when Wilson fell.Â
"I was trying to get onto another ledge to take a picture and fell because I misplaced my foot," he said, Friday.
Wilson said he slipped in and out of awareness, and said he doesn't remember much of the time between McDonald calling 911 and firefighters responding.Â
"I'm happy he's breathing and talking," McDonald said, after his friend was taken to a waiting ambulance. "He's lucky."Â
Billings Fire Department and Search and Rescue, and American Medical Response responded to the incident.Â
