What’s up with the work on that new Boise apartment building?

For several months, crews have been hard at work on an apartment complex which opened just five years ago.

Several of you asked: what’s going on?

The 951 Apartments sprouted up in 2014, with retail and offices on the ground floor and three floors of apartments above.

Through much of the winter, crews worked on the building’s balconies. City of Boise officials said the work is related to replacement of underlayment on the balconies.

No building permit is required since the building will be restored to the same condition developers applied for in 2014.
