Downtown Boise Indian restaurant up for sale

The owners of Bombay Grill in Downtown Boise listed the restaurant for sale.

The Indian restaurant opened in the Idanha Hotel in 2005, serving up Chicken Tikka, Samosas and more.

The listing on BizBuySell indicates an asking price of $320,000 for the business. The owners say it cash flows $150,000 per year.

“Seller is looking to retire and is very motivated to sell,” the listing notes. “Huge customer base including students from nearby BSU and nearby office crowds.”

Bombay Grill opened in the old Peter Schott’s restaurant space on the first floor of the historic hotel at Main St. and 10th St.
