Jamaica Plain

Unit 2 at 241 Chestnut Avenue is off a private lane, and contains 1,790 square feet. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the unit comes with two deeded parking spots. The tag is $949,900, and the fee is $400.

Downtown Boston

This 953-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom at 121 Portland Street is in a building with a 24-7 concierge and a fitness center, among other amenities. Unit 507 is asking $949,900, with a condo fee of $601.36.
