Hyde Park

The 1,923-square-foot colonial at 66 Davison Street comes with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a shed out back. There is also a sizable yard.

Roslindale

Unit 2 at 47 Metropolitan Avenue is part of the renovation of a two-family property. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it runs to $1,400 square feet. The condo fee is $235.

East Boston

Occupancy for Unit 408 at the new 45 Lewis Street is slated for summer 2020. It’s a studio that runs to 513 square feet. The condo fee is $412, and it covers access to amenities such as a fitness center.

Charlestown

Amenities are part of the deal as well with Unit 4403 at 42 Eighth Street. The 699-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom’s $549,999 tag and $590 condo fee grant access to a fitness center, pool, and other perks. The price also covers a parking space.

Beacon Hill

Unit 2 at 8 Lindall Place runs to 534 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom. It’s asking $549,900, with a condo fee of $188. The unit includes with a washer-dryer.
