A Brookline crepe restaurant adds a counterpart in Boston’s Seaport District tomorrow. Paris Creperie opens on the first level of the One Seaport development (60 Seaport Blvd.) on Tuesday, June 25, and unlike the original location, this one has wine, beer, and cordial-based cocktails. Boston cocktail expert Brother Cleve collaborated on the cocktail list.

Paris Creperie has served loaded crepes in Coolidge Corner for 16 years, and this expansion to the Seaport will see the addition of salads and snacks, such as dates with pancetta and blue cheese.

The Seaport restaurant will serve 10 crepes, including sweet options like Nutella and chocolate, as well as savory selections with vegetables, cheese, and smoked salmon. There will also be all-day breakfast items, including French omelets and a parfait with granola, fruit, and berries.

Leaning into the new drink menu for the Seaport, Paris Creperie will offer pairing suggestions for beverages and dishes. The eight cordial-based cocktails include one with honey gin, Avèze, vermouth blanc, St. Germain, and cucumber and lavender bitters, and another with ruby red grapefruit whiskey, Suze, vermouth rouge, Dubonnet, and smoke and salt bitters. There will also be selections of beer, cider, and wine.

“Our Seaport opening is the realization of a long time dream, allowing us to offer guests a slightly more upscale dining experience and reach a new audience in Boston. We are extremely excited to have a wine, beer and cocktail menu that pairs so beautifully with our crepes,” said Paris Creperie director of operations Nick Mallia in a release.

Paris Creperie will operate from 4 to 11 p.m. daily, and it will be steps away from a number of other dining options, including Fuku, Sweetgreen, Luke’s Lobster, and Tuscan Kitchen, not to mention a forthcoming darts club.
