THE MARKET — Meeting Street bar Doar Brothers will host Manhattan mixologist Albert Trummer for a evening of a five-course cocktail showcase with bites. Trummer has teamed up with local consultant Tammi Dower for his next NYC project, so he’s in Charleston to preview the concept. UPPER KING — On Saturday, June 15, Bourbon N’ Bubbles will transform into Studio 54 with help of famed mixologist Albert Trammer. The pop-up will include over-the-top classic cocktails, a 1970s playlist, disco moves, and costumed guests.

HARLESTON VILLAGE — Former Revival chef Forrest Parker now offers his knowledge of the Lowcountry with a walking tour of the peninsula’s historically significant culinary sites and ends with a lunch and wine pairing at French establishment Bistro A Vin. This Undiscovered Charleston tour takes place from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. every day but Tuesday. The tours are $125 per person. Guests must be booked and paid for in advance.
