Two residences were burglarized in Sept. and Oct. 2019 in Bridgeport on the South Side.

Chicago police are warning Bridgeport residents of a pair of residential burglaries reported in September and October in the South Side neighborhood.

In each incident, the person was able to break into a residence and leave with property from therein, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

These burglaries happened about midnight Sept. 15 in the 500 block of West 36th Street and between 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 500 block of West 31st Street, police said.
