Three people were seriously injured in a fire Saturday in Gresham on the South Side.

Crews were called about 9:30 p.m. to the 8100 block of South Sangamon Street, according to the Chicago Fire Department.

Three adults were taken to hospitals in serious-to-critical condition, fire officials said. Details about their ages and genders were not immediately available.
