A woman who was reported missing from Gresham on the South Side has been found.

Symphony Bufford, 51, is from the area near 85th Street and Lowe Avenue and was last seen Thursday in the 200 block of South Wacker Drive, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. She needs medication.

Police canceled the alert Saturday, stating that Bufford had been located safely. Further details were not provided.
