LONDON — Everything sailing along for the Bears’ comeback bid against the Raiders, then kicker Eddy Pineiro went down after getting hit on an extra point.

Pineiro is already dealing with a pinched nerve in his right knee, and after kicking an extra point in the third quarter to bring the Bears within 17-14, Raiders defensive end Arden Key knocked into him and sent him to the ground. It was unclear whether it was intentional.

Pineiro struggled to get off the field and was grabbing his right knee. The medical staff took him to the injury tent for examination, then he tried one practice kick on the sideline before signaling with a thumbs up that he was staying in the game.
