Police are warning Northwest Side residents of a string of thefts from vehicles this week in Logan Square.

In each incident, someone broke the rear window of a vehicle to steal items from within, according to a community alert from Chicago police. All three thefts occurred Thursday.

The thefts happened between 7 p.m. and 9:25 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Kedzie Avenue and between 7:45 p.m. and 11 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Linden Place, police said. A third occurred about 9:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of West Milwaukee Avenue.

No suspect description was available.
