A teen was wounded Sunday in a shooting in Austin on the West Side.

The 17-year-old was walking about 8:20 p.m. in the 5000 block of West Adams Street when two men walked up to him and began firing shots, Chicago police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody as Area North detectives investigate the shooting.
