2 hurt in Gresham shooting

Two men were shot Tuesday in Gresham on the South Side.

Several people were sitting inside a vehicle when someone shot at them at 2:22 p.m. in the 2000 block of West 78th Street, according to Chicago police.

A 26-year-old man was shot in the left leg and taken to Holy Cross Hospital, police said. Another man, 20, was shot in the left leg and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. They were both stabilized.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
