A new early education and day care facility, Primrose School of The Woodlands at Hughes Landing, is anticipated to open Aug. 12. The school is located at 1720 Hughes Landing Blvd., The Woodlands, and will open under the ownership of locals Don and Arlena McLaughlin. The couple also owns six additional Primrose Schools throughout The Woodlands and Spring areas.
