13 Delaware companies make the Inc. 5000

An advertising and marketing firm ended up as the fastest-growing company on the Inc. 5000 list of private companies. 

Ad PushUp ranked 154th among 5000 companies on the list. A total of 13 companies made the list from the First State, with a number of  Delaware businesses on the list more than once.

A perennial member of the list is The Siegfried Group of Wilmington, which has stayed on the list while growing into a nationwide company that provide accounting and other services to corporate clients.

Placers of Delaware has appeared on the list as a temporary staffing company that was a member of the Inc. 500. That company was later sold by founder  Alan Burkhard. His son Chris Burkhard started a new human resources company under another name but later brought back the Placers brand.
