Happy end of July, Denver! Let's welcome in August the right way by having some fun at home or out and about.

On Friday, the Colorado Rockies face the San Diego Padres, kicking off the first home game of the year. To protect the public and players, stadium tickets are not available, but you can still cheer on the Rockies and get your live sports fix by tuning in to the game on AT&T Sports Net Rocky Mountain or listening live at KOA 94.1 FM.

This weekend, Su Teatro presents the 24th annual Chicano Music Festival. Catch celebrations of modern and traditional Chicano music with live-streamed music and a masquerade party. With in-person and streaming options, this year's festival is accessible to all.

Show some state pride with History Colorado by celebrating Colorado Day on Saturday. Learn about the Centennial State with free admission to the History Colorado Center, join a virtual birthday bash or try crafts and recipes at home.
