The Delaware State Police are continuing to investigate an incident that occurred at approximately 9:05 a.m., Monday, October 21, 2019 at a residence in the 4000 block of Newport Gap Pike. The incident was contained to this specific location and at this time the area is secure and there is no threat to public safety.

Newport Gap Pike which had been previously closed between Graves Rd. and McKenna’s Church Rd., has been re-opened.
