Suniel Shetty meets Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu to promote film tourism in the state

GUWAHATI: Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty called on Chief Minister Pema Khandu. During the meeting, the Chief Minister had a discussion with the actor on how to promote Arunachal as an ideal destination for film makers.
Khandu welcomed the actors offer to tap local talent and provide them with job opportunities in the entertainment industry through his online venture FTC. The FTC is a digital platform to discover new talent and provide the new artists with a platform to make a place for themselves in Bollywood and the entertainment industry.



The Chief Minister also welcomed the actor’s opinion on promoting Arunachal’s pristine and unmatched beauty through use of web series.

Further, the actor proposed that the state could be covered under his Mission India Fit, a fitness and wellness campaign that Shetty had launched across India. The fitness campaign as suggested could involve officials from the CM's office initially and other state government office to boost productivity.

To promote Arunachal as film makers’ destination and to tie up with the entertainment industry, the CM will be meeting Bollywood’s top directors and producers during his stay here.
