Gaya

Previously located on rue du Bac, Pierre Gagnaire’s restaurant, Gaya, has moved to rue Saint-Simon in Paris. Erring on the side of vegetarianism, the menu provides plates as inventive as they are enticing. Accompanying delightful drinks are black croque monsieurs, veggie or tuna poke bowls and fresh oysters, as well as revisited seafood classics including mayonnaise langoustines, royal sea bream carpaccio and Galicia rib-eye steak with soy sauce. Don’t forget about the incredible wine menu designed especially by sommelier Frank Lucas and the vintage-meets-Seventies chandelier décor by Marcelo Joulia is just the icing on the cake.
