The most expensive home for sale in each of Oregon’s 36 counties cost from $69,000 to $24 million

The most expensive residential property for sale in Oregon is a Northwest-style mansion on 508 acres with Cascade mountain views. The Sisters' estate also has a guest house, manager's dwelling, barn with a saloon, indoor arena and racetrack.

Asking price: $24 million.

After a $5.2 million down payment, monthly payments of almost $100,000 would cover a mortgage and property taxes. That is, if you're going the traditional route. But nothing about this place is mainstream.

What other fantasy place can you buy if money is no object?

Here's a photo gallery of the top homes, in urban, rural and coastal settings, for sale in Oregon's 36 counties.
