It’s a 640-acre desert town that comes with a casino, a 10-room motel, restaurant, post office, and an airstrip—and it’s yours for $8 million.

Cal-Nev-Ari, a rural Nevada township located 60 miles from Las Vegas, has been put on sale by 78-year-old Nancy Kidwell, who founded the town in 1965 as an airport-based community in Southern Nevada, according to the Associated Press.

Home to around 350 residents, Kidwell has found it unsustainable to keep the town going since her second husband died in 2011. “It’s time for someone else to do something with it,” the 78-year-old told the AP. “Fifty-one years is long enough.”

Those who purchase this town will be buying into a mostly elderly neighborhood with a median age of around 67-years-old. Aside from the town’s facilities itself, prospective buyers will be drawn to another enticing feature: 520 acres of empty, undeveloped land that could be used for different plans. Already, buyers who have inquired agent Fred Marik have mooted building a marijuana resort, residential buildings, and a retirement community, according to CNN.

The town also owns a bit of history. It was an abandoned World War II airstrip for General George Patton, and because the community was centered around the airstrip, many of the homes have their own airplane hangars. “People can walk out of their living room and fly down the taxiway and take off,” Marik told CNN.
