JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Police department has issued an endangered silver advisory for a missing adult. They Are looking for 78-year-old Franklin Wynn.
Police say he has dementia and suffers from other medical conditions. He left his home for an unknown destination. His vehicle was located abandoned in Jefferson County.
