CLEVELAND — Tornado warnings issued for multiple counties across Northeast Ohio have expired.

A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Leavittsburg, or seven  miles northwest of Warren, moving east at 30 mph.  The radar indicated rotation.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Damage to trees, roofs, windows, vehicles and mobile homes is likely.
