ALO brought their gooey rock and roll show to Portland, Oregon’s Wonder Ballroom on Friday, March 15th, inviting out special guests and playing right up until curfew, forgoing an encore. Matt Butler joined the band to play percussion on “Sugar,” opening act Scott Pemberton added electric guitar on “Dominos,” and Steve Poltz came out to sing and play acoustic guitar on a cover of The Grateful Dead’s “Althea.” Greg Homolka was on hand to capture a bit of the magic.
