A 48-year-old Helena man is accused of his sixth DUI.
Terry Harlan Clark is charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol.
On Feb. 21, an officer stopped a car with a broken license plate light driven by Clark. The officer noticed Clark smelled of alcohol and asked him if he had been drinking. Clark admitted to drinking and said he also was using prescription pain medication.
A breath test indicated Clark had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.118, according to court documents, and he was arrested and taken into custody at the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
All charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.Â
