After taking an official visit to Bloomington over the weekend, four-star guard Anthony Harris committed to North Carolina over Indiana basketball.

On Tuesday night, the Indiana basketball program lost out on four-star guard Anthony Harris, as he announced his commitment to North Carolina.

Harris made the announcement via twitter.

Ranked No. 65 in the 247Sports Composite rankings, Harris was a piece to the puzzle that the Hoosiers could’ve used.

Originally a Virginia Tech commit, after the departure of head coach Buzz Williams Harris re-opened his recruitment and ultimately decided to stay on the east coast, and North Carolina.

Indiana now turns their attention to another four-star guard, Lester Quinones, who will be in Bloomington for his official visit over the next two days.

Needing another guard in the class, the Hoosiers are also involved in the recruitment of three-star Ben Davis wing, Jalen Windham.
