Graduate Customer Success Manager (Online)

An exciting position within a prestigious publisher based in Oxfordshire for an ambitious candidate previous customer service/success experience. A lot of scope for growth and making the job your own.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for making sure that all users fully understand the products and that subscriber companies are getting maximum value from their subscriptions in order to improve retention. You will act as a bridge between sales, marketing and editorial / product development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. CRM experience.

  • Designing and executing on-boarding processes for new users
  • Designing and executing rolling training processes for existing users
  • Running training events (both webinars and live)
  • Working closely with account managers and product team to gain best possible understanding of users needs and workflows
  • SaaS experience advantageous
