OMAHA — The boyfriend of a woman who has been missing for more than a year has been arrested in the case, charged with first-degree murder.
Police on Thursday announced they arrested 37-year-old Marvin Young, the live-in boyfriend of Camisha Hollis. Hollis — a mother of three young girls — hasn't been seen since April 1, 2018.
On Friday, a judge denied bond for Young.
Investigators believe he killed Hollis, although a body has not been found. Police say Hollis' three children were in the home the night their mother disappeared. The oldest daughter described hearing a fight between Young and Hollis and told police Young gave the girls something to make them sleep that night.
Police say investigators also found Hollis' blood and two spent shell casings in the home.
