Andrew Mays,11, and 9-year-old Elizabeth Russell reportedly left without permission with Lataysha Lee Pittman on Tuesday.

Police say Pittman has an address in Kansas City, Mo. and that the group may be headed to that area.

Authorities also say that Kenneth Russell, the father of the kids, has permanent custody.
